During today's telecon, we should agree on publication and send the following email to the WebCGM WG after the call. "During the WebCGM WG teleconf on thursday sept 11th, the WebCGM WG has agreed unanimously to request publication of WebCGM 2.1 as a First and Last Call Working Draft. There are no objections."
