David, Sorry I had not understood your issue. I thought you wanted a REC document to do some edits (see my previous answer bellow). If it is a pointer you need, the REC will not be available before mid January and we will not know the final date (and final dated URL) before mid January. As Lofton suggested, the best is to use the "Latest Version" URI in /TR/: http://www.w3.org/TR/webcgm20/ It currently links to the PR version but will link to the REC once it is published.
