By W3C pubrules the CR document needs to have the following in its SOTD section: - It MUST include a minimal duration (before which the group will not request the next transition). The duration MUST be expressed as an estimated date. - It SHOULD include an estimated date by which time the Working Group expects to have sufficient implementation experience. Currently the first date is set to 15 October 2006. see SOTD at http://www.w3.org/Graphics/WebCGM/drafts/thierry-editor/overview.html which says: "This specification will remain a Candidate Recommendation until at least 15 October 2006". This mandatory date may need to be updated. This why I have put this date issue in the agenda to be discussed. > -- Thierry Michel W3C
