Blog post about third WebAuthn and CTAP draft progress

I made a blog post describing the progress in the WebAuthn and FIDO2 working groups on creating third versions of their specifications.  I attempted to briefly list the additions that we've made to the specifications (with help from John Bradley).  That description is:
Additions include Cross-Origin Authentication within an iFrame, Credential Backup State, the isPasskeyPlatformAuthenticatorAvailable method, Conditional Mediation, Device-Bound Public Keys (since renamed Supplemental Public Keys), requesting Attestations during authenticatorGetAssertion, the Pseudo-Random Function (PRF) extension, the Hybrid Transport, and Third-Party Payment Authentication.
