Hi, I'm facing the same issue. I want to create Android Fido authenticator and there is still problem with connecting from Windows side. When I keep running scanner in chrome://bluetooth-internals/#devices, there is no problem (workaround). But it would be great to have it working without this. Does anybody found solution, or can you please point me on different repo, where I could find more information?
