This latter subsection was removed in the next spec rev, [WD-webauthn-2-20200730](https://www.w3.org/TR/2020/WD-webauthn-2-20200730/#sctn-security-considerations-client), because we had removed the only example of an extension (location) that could conceivably make use of the Browser Permissions Framework. However, we neglected to also remove the parent section header, 13.4. Removing the parent section header, 13.4, will address this. > 14.5.
