Is chrome sill adding ED256 to the list of algs if it is not present in the request from the RP?

A RP not supporting ED256 also seems like a generally bad idea.  Perhaps if the RP asks for anything other than ED256 as the first preference treating it as uv preferred may be better than falling back to U2F.
