We already did a first-order triage of most all the L2 issues & PRs, and
most of the ones above are slated for WD-02 -- perhaps we ought to punt
talking about them until after we've discussed items we having the
nearer-term WD-01 milestone?

Also, it looks like we may be able to just merge two of the PRs assiciated
with two issues below (thus closing the issues) identified below.
