emlun has just merged emlun's pull request 1091 for https://github.com/w3c/webauthn:

This would merge into PR #1082.

These are pretty much all the changes I managed to come up with based on the comments in https://github.com/w3c/webauthn/pull/1082#pullrequestreview-158780427. :)
