@jyasskin @leshi How about DeviceBoundCredentials or AuthenticatorBoundCredentials? One of the biggest value add of the API is that credentials are now bound with the device, ensuring at least one barrier of security. Also, "scoped" already survived the TAG review: https://github.com/w3ctag/design-reviews/issues/97
