RE: All WD-06 issues and PRs are closed

On the topic of isPlatformAuthenticatorReady, there are still some discussions about whether to make the method an attribute: https://github.com/w3c/webauthn/pull/379#discussion_r131209672. I added a couple of comments describing the rationale. It’d be great if someone can take a look to see if they think otherwise.

I searched for anchor definitions of “Abstract” and couldn’t find any. If you know what’s causing this and how to fix it, go ahead.

somehow the double "Abstract" header seems to have crept back in https://w3c.github.io/webauthn/

not essential to fix, but is sorta slightly embarrassing...

Thanks to Jeff Hodges for reviewing the remaining PR for WD-06 and providing wording improvements. As a result, all WD-06 issues and PRs are now closed. Angelo, could you now turn the crank to release WD-06?

                                                       Thanks all!
