Re: publishing WD-03 ?

Sorry for the delay. I'm fine with pull #243 for the attachment options and
commented as such on the pull. IMO it can go ahead into WD-03 -- there's a
conflict or I'd merge it right now. (On travel so my ability to resolve is
a little limited, apologies).
