wrt the github w3c/webauthn-pay repo and this mailing list

AFAICT, https://github.com/w3c/webauthn-pay is not gateway'd to this
mailing list [1], so unless you're "watching" the repo via your
github account, you won't be notified of events in the repo (eg issues,
PRs, etc).
