The TAG discussed this on 13 Sep and concluded that the WebArch
document is unlikely to be versioned in the same way as other specs.
It's more likely that a subsequent document will have a completely
different URI, and will not be a "V2" of the current WebArch document.

In short, there was no support for changing it's short name. Is that
a satisfactory answer to your comment?
