I came across a few minor typos and had one question that might be worth
clarifying.
Typos:
1. Last sentence in section 2.3.1 - should probably say something like "URI
ambiguity arises [if] a URI is used to identify two different Web resources."
2. Last paragraph (in middle) of section 4 - should probably say "Below we
describe some characteristics of a data format [that] make it easier to
integrate into the Web architecture."
Clarification:
When determining the uniqueness of a URI, is the fragment identifier
considered part of the identifying URI? If there is an argument list, does
the ? and what follows constitute part of the unique URI?
