(editorial) Arch doc glossary

Hello,

The current WWW Arch document has a section called "term index":
http://www.w3.org/TR/2004/WD-webarch-20040705/#index

Most of the other technical reports use the title "Glossary"; changing
it to this would help consistency.

Also, to make it easier to add the said glossary to W3C Glossary system
[1] once the document reaches Recommendation status, it would help if
you could add a "class='glossary'" to the <dl> which encloses it.
