Web Crypto Streams in WICG

Hi folks,

I can't join the meeting today, but I wanted to raise one small point:

Andreu Botella from WinterCG has [opened an issue to move the Web Crypto Streams draft to WICG](https://github.com/WICG/proposals/issues/185), as WinterCG will be dissolved. James Snell (from CloudFlare, who have shipped an implementation of this) and I are both happy to continue the work on this draft in WICG, with the eventual goal of merging it into the main Web Crypto spec (only once it's well-supported, of course).

If you also think this work is valuable, please voice your support in the issue :)

And, just to reiterate what I said at TPAC, the [issue about streaming](https://github.com/w3c/webcrypto/issues/73) is [by far the most upvoted one](https://github.com/w3c/webcrypto/issues?q=is%3Aissue+is%3Aopen+sort%3Areactions-%2B1-desc), so it'd make very many web developers happy ;)
