Hey Simone,
This seems like simple oversight to me. It would be reasonable to add an
IANA considerations section to the spec to close out that issue (similar to
https://w3c.github.io/webappsec-csp/#iana-headers), and to follow through
with the already-initiated registration request. If Emily or Jochen have
time to put up a patch, wonderful. If not, I'll take care of it when I'm
back from vacation.
