Cancelling the 21.08.2024 teleconference.

Hey folks!

It's summertime, and Dan and I (and many others!) are on vacation this
coming week. It seems reasonable to shift our discussion to an offline
agenda-bashing session for TPAC that I'd suggest we do via GitHub.

I've recorded the suggestions from our last call in
https://github.com/w3c/webappsec/issues/654, and it would be lovely indeed
if you'd add your thoughts and suggestions there. We'll work together to
sort them into an agenda for our sessions over the coming weeks, and I'm
looking forward to talking with y'all in September.
