Minutes from 2023-01-19, and looking ahead.

Hey folks,

Draft minutes from yesterday's meeting are up at

I'd invite y'all to review them and suggest changes if necessary (the
attendee list, in particular, seems smaller than it should :) ).

Our next meeting is February 15th, and we're starting to put together an
agenda in https://github.com/w3c/webappsec/issues/618. I'd likewise invite
y'all to weigh in there with things you'd like us to discuss.
