Planning the next WG call.

Hey folks,

As a new year's attempt to be more on top of our working group planning
than I was last year, I've put a few ideas up at
https://github.com/w3c/webappsec/issues/617 to begin sketching an agenda
for our next meeting on 2023-01-18. Please add your comments as well, and +Dan
Veditz <dveditz@mozilla.com> and I will pull it together into something
more formal later in the week.
