Call connection issues yesterday

Hi WebAppSec,

We investigated the Webex issues with yesterday's call and learned that
they were likely the result of several simultaneous CenturyLink fiber
outages that broke the bridge between computer and POTS connections. The
recommended work-around when that happens is for everyone to connect by
the same method.
