TPAC next week, no monthly teleconference Sept 17

Next week is W3C's annual TPAC conference, this time held in Fukuoka Japan.
Our working group is meeting on Tuesday and half-day Thursday afternoon. We
will not be holding our usual monthly "3rd Tuesday" teleconference, but it
will be possible to use WebEx to connect to our sessions. Let us know if
you're interested in dialing in as we may not connect if no one's there.
Note the time zone: our Tuesday morning start in Japan will be Monday
evening in California, and the end of our day will be Tuesday morning in
Europe.
