Sketching out a TPAC agenda?

Hey folks!

TPAC is coming up in just a couple of weeks, and if you (like me) have just
realized that you didn't book a flight, it would be a great time to do so!

Based on the conversation in the last call

brainstorm document at

that I hope we can grow into an agenda together. Everyone should have
comment access, and I'm happy to add edit access for anyone interested,
