Hi,

 

I want to create a new Permission and use the Permissions API to check for
it (in a browser extension so the code for it can be a polyfill). I can
dream up a new PermissionName and dictionary but what is the expected way
that this will be allocated generally? Will the Permission names be
registered at IANA?
