[webappsec] March 23 Call CANCELLED

We've invested a lot of effort in rechartering recently, including an
off-cycle call last week.  Since everything else appears to be proceeding
in good order on the list, let's skip tomorrow's call, and resume at our
next regularly scheduled time, April 6.

I'd like to remind folks to please make sure your AC rep re-joins your
organization to the WG and re-nominates you to participate under the new
charter.

Editors of our newly approved deliverables are encouraged, as soon as that
is complete, to submit or ask the chairs to submit on their behalf Calls
for Consensus to advance drafts to First Public Working Draft.

We have one outstanding Call for Consensus on the FPWD of the Permissions
API.
