This update establishes the reference draft of the current W3C Patent
Policy exclusion opportunity for:

- Requirements for Powerful Features
   (http://www.w3.org/TR/2014/WD-powerful-features-20141204/),
   exclusion opportunity ending on  3 May 2015 23:59 UTC


This specification was produced by the Web Application Security Working
Group.

If you do not wish to exclude patent claims during this exclusion
opportunity, no further action is required. Member participants who think
their organization may have patent claims to exclude should contact their
Advisory Committee Representative.

Participants have until  3 May 2015 23:59 UTC to exclude claims reading on
this Recommendation track document; excluded claims are not subject to the
licensing requirements of the W3C Patent Policy for this document. For more
