Agenda:

Joel Weinberger will be discussing the "Suborigin Namespadces" / "Per-Page
Suborigins" concept which he has prototyped, including lessons learned and
open issues with the proposal on which he would appreciate the group's
feedback.

I've been digging out from my Berlin backlog and follow up actions from
those  meetings, so I've neglected the group administrivia this week and
don't have minutes ready for approval or a summary of the meeting for those
who couldn't attend yet - my apologies.  I hope I can have something ready
