CREDENTIAL: And now for something completely different...

Since we're not generating enough email with the MIX, SRI, and CSP2
discussions, I figured I'd throw something else on the pyre.

https://w3c.github.io/webappsec/specs/credentialmanagement/ is a draft of
the credential management spec that's in the charter circulating through
the membership. Once that charter is approved (and I hope it is!), I intend
to issue a CfC to publish a WD of the spec to get things kicked off.

So, consider this a pre-CfC to whet your appetite. :) I'd appreciate
comments and feedback on the spec as it stands; it's still pretty rough in
places, but I'm working this week on polishing up some of the pieces that
have been particularly pokey in Chrome's experimental implementation. It
would be excellent for interested folks to begin weighing in with their
opinions.
