Re: [webappsec] Rechartering: Credential Management API

I'd like to go ahead and move the draft to the webappsec repository in
order to have a more permanent URL to point folks to, and change the
template from "random personal project" to "webappsec editor's draft." Any
objection to doing that now?

(Note that this wouldn't trigger any IPR commitments, as the group wouldn't
be formally publishing a WD.)
