Rechartering Thread 9: Web Crypto Next Steps Workshop

Based on our survey results and discussion at TPAC, there is no
consensus on adding as-yet-undefined work in this space to our
charter.  The survey and members indicated a strong interest in the
work and its importance, but felt that work in this area is
potentially large enough and with its own set of concerns to merit
chartering its own WG.

Please reply to this thread if you wish to express objection to this consensus.
