Rechartering Thread 2: Write-Only Form Elements

Based on our survey results and discussion at TPAC, there is
reasonable consensus for NOT adopting a Credential Management API
based on the unofficial draft at:

http://mikewest.github.io/credentialmanagement/writeonly/

Comments leading to consensus against adoption included concerns that
it would be more properly done in HTML, that it doesn't have a
well-defined scope, and that, having to cut some ideas, this was a
lower priority than other proposals.

Please reply to this thread if you would like to or express an
interest in this being part of the WG's new charter over these
objections.
