Other lists removed... Sorry for missing the procedure by a mile here. Art, that should work fine. There is still a dependency on HTTPbis before CORS can advance beyond LC, so a few extra days shouldn't be a problem. The security considerations section has been updated considerably, along with a few other changes, so an additional review period for WebApps would be a good idea.
