Yes, not being Anne by any stretch but doing the changes in that file would be a really useful way to go. As for "tracking changes" we have diff and Mercurial for that, so we should be very able to check what changes were made without using not-so-web-compatible programs :D ;-) PS: By the way, I *just* started getting these emails now.
