CFC: publish ARIA in HTML as a REC

Dear Working Group Participants,

This is a public call for consensus to publish the "ARIA in HTML" as a W3C Recommendation. As a reminder, ARIA in HTML:

"...defines the authoring rules (author conformance requirements) for the use of Accessible Rich Internet Applications (WAI-ARIA) 1.1 and Digital Publishing WAI-ARIA Module 1.0 attributes on [HTML] elements..."

You can view the Editor's draft here:
https://w3c.github.io/html-aria/

We will be generating a snapshot from that Editor's draft.

If you have an objection to its publication, we kindly ask that you raise it before 30th of November, 2021 by either directly replying to this email or detailing the rationale for the objection in this Github issue:
https://github.com/w3c/html-aria/issues/373

Optionally, if you'd like to indicate support please use the 🎉 or 👍 indicators in the Github issue above. You are also welcome to leave comments of encouragement and support for the Editors.

Finally, congratulations to the Editors of the specification, who have tirelessly been working on this specification since at least 2015:

 * Steve Faulkner (TPGi)
 * Scott O'Hara (Microsoft)
 * Patrick H. Lauke (TetraLogical)

We thank them for their work and dedication to making the Web super accessible! 👏👏👏

Kind regards,
Marcos and Leonie (Chairs), and Xiaoqian (Team Contact)
