Thanks!  I've been working on the chromium web platform team for about 2.5
years.  My primary motivation for joining WebPlat is to serve as the spec
editor for IntersectionObserver

I'm planning to attend TPAC in Burlingame this year and give a brief talk
on IntersectionObserver.
