Hello WebPlat,

WebIDL-1 is now a Recommendation [1]. With thanks to Cameron McCormack, 
Boris Zbarsky, Travis Leithead and Yves Lafon, for all their input and 
work on this spec.

Work on this spec continues with Cameron, Boris and Tobie Langel [2].
