Registration is now open for the October 26-30 Technical Plenary and all 
Working Group meeting week [TPAC], this year in Sapporo Japan:

WebApps (the entire group) will meet on Monday and Tuesday (October 26 
and 27). Registration for WebApps' meeting (as well as all other 
meetings and events that week) is mandatory. The group's meeting page 
including draft agenda is [Meeting].

The daily fee has increased to 85.00 USD per day.

The hotel discount for meeting participants expires September 26.
