CfC: Publishing Uniform Messaging Policy (UMP) as a WG Note; deadline Sept 27 from Arthur Barstow on 2014-09-20 (public-webapps@w3.org from July to September 2014)

All - I just noticed the Uniform Messaging Policy (UMP) [TR] (which 
WebApps abandoned several years ago) was never published as a WG Note, 
thus someone could mistakenly think the spec is still in development. To 
help prevent such a mistake, this is a Call for Consensus to:

a) publish a WG Note of this spec;

b) "gut" the WG Note of all technical content (as we did recently with 
[e.g.])

c) "gut" the ED [ED] of all technical content

If you have any comments or concerns about this CfC, please send them to 
public-webapps @ w3.org by September 27 at the latest. Positive response 
is preferred and encouraged and silence will be considered as agreement 
with the proposal.
