https://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=15494

           Summary: author request headers: Content-Transfer-Encoding
           Product: WebAppsWG
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: All
               URL: http://dvcs.w3.org/hg/xhr/raw-file/tip/Overview.html#t
                    he-setrequestheader%28%29-method
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P3
         Component: XHR
        AssignedTo: annevk@opera.com
        ReportedBy: julian.reschke@gmx.de
         QAContact: member-webapi-cvs@w3.org
                CC: mike@w3.org, public-webapps@w3.org

The list of "author request headers" mentions Content-Transfer-Encoding. This
is confusing as there is no such header field in HTTP (there is one in email,
though).
