RfC: Last Call Working Draft of the API for Media Resources 1.0; deadline August 7

WebApps has been asked to submit comments for the LCWD of the API for 
Media Resources 1.0 spec:

Individual WG members are encouraged to provide individual feedback 
directly to the Media Annotations WG. If you have comments, please send

If anyone in WebApps wants to propose an official WG response, please do 
so ASAP, in reply to this email so the WebApps WG can discuss it.
