           Summary: Allow for non-nullable objects
           Product: WebAppsWG
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: WebIDL
        AssignedTo: cam@mcc.id.au
        ReportedBy: annevk@opera.com

                CC: mike@w3.org, public-webapps@w3.org

For various DOM Core methods it would be nice if method arguments could be
annotated with "cannot be null" or some such and when annotated as such the
binding would describe a language-specific exception to be thrown. I will use
[NoNull] for now.
