Summary: Need an error to indicate that the user disallowed
                    access
           Product: WebAppsWG
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Indexed Database API
        AssignedTo: nikunj.mehta@oracle.com
        ReportedBy: sdwilsh@forerunnerdesigns.com
         QAContact: member-webapi-cvs@w3.org
                CC: mike@w3.org, public-webapps@w3.org

Mozilla like to see a code in IDBDatabaseException that would indicate that the
the user denied permission to use IndexedDB, much like PERMISSION_DENIED in
geolocation.
