[webstorage] Seeking status of test suite

Hi All - based on 
<http://w3c-test.org/framework/results/web-storage-dev/>, it appears the 
CR's exit criteria would be met if we had a second implementation that 
passes the two event_constructor tests. Is that a correct interpretation 
of the data?

Does anyone have some data they can share re when a second 
implementation will pass these two tests?

Also, is this test suite now considered sufficient to test CR 
conformance? If not, what tests are missing?
