Re: [w3c/IndexedDB] Clarify usage of resizable ArrayBuffer as keys (Issue #509)

ArnaudBienner left a comment (w3c/IndexedDB#509)

I'm reopening the issue because I was wrong: the spec part I mentioned in my previous comment was from _convert a key to a value_, not _convert a value to a key_, my bad.

And currently, I don't think the spec allows converting a resizable array buffer as key: the conversion step "If input is a [buffer source type](https://webidl.spec.whatwg.org/#dfn-buffer-source-type)" doesn't cover resizable arrays I believe (though I would need to have a deeper look at this to confirm).

Some related buffer source algorithms are being clarified as part of whatwg/webidl#1529.

Maybe we should wait for that WHATWG issue to be fixed first, see where it goes, before changing anything on IDB side?
