[whatwg/fullscreen] Clone pending fullscreen events before clearing them (PR #265)

Clone the document's pending fullscreen event set before emptying it. The current first step aliases the existing ordered set, so emptying the document's set also empties pendingEvents before the dispatch loop.

The clone preserves the pending events for this iteration while events queued during dispatch remain in the document's set for a subsequent iteration.
