Hi @guidou,

Apologies for the delay here. For the most part, this change has little architectural impact so we defer to you on the shape and details of the change. We're satisfied however, we have a few comments:

1. Neither the spec or the explainer has conformance language or mechanisms around preventing PII in the logs themselves. Users may inadvertently share logs which contain PII.
2. The WebIDL specifies `cancelDiagnosticLogging` but the algorithm defines `discardDiagnosticLogging`, the two should be aligned.
