[whatwg/xhr] Miway wireless gateway Livinup (Issue #410)

Enderg6 created an issue (whatwg/xhr#410)

### What is the issue with the XMLHttpRequest Standard?

I am unable to get this device to connect to my wifi router. I get a timeout when it is cloud connecting. I have adjusted all security and wifi protocols. IE 2.4ghz, older security WPK2 AES. It just times out. I have had it working in the past but it now just times out.
