This is the first use of the close algorithm from Gecko side, so it's possible that nobody else ever used it. https://github.com/search?q=repo%3Aw3c%2Fwebref+writablestream-close&type=code shows only WebTransport and mediacapture-transform, but the latter seems to be a mislink.
