The links aren't broken per se, but some reached the HTML spec indirectly through https://www.w3.org/TR/html5/.
Note: This is a quick fix. Ideally, the spec would just leverage ReSpec's xref capabilities here, but the current construct (a local `<dfn>` that wraps the link) does not play well with ReSpec: there would be no way to click on the link if, e.g., `<dfn>[=HTML parser=]</dfn>` was used. To be fixed some other day...
